residecore is invite-only while we review access requests. Property data is private by default and is only available to people assigned to the property.
What we protect
We protect property details, leases, tenant contact information, payment records, maintenance requests, and uploaded documents with authenticated access controls, encrypted connections, and encrypted platform secrets.
Admin privacy
Super administrators do not automatically receive access to private property, lease, tenant, or financial detail. Owners and tenants can opt in to limited support visibility where that setting is available.
Email preferences
You can unsubscribe from property emails at any time. If you unsubscribe, you will miss rent and payment reminders, lease and maintenance updates, tax alerts, and setup reminders. Security and account-access emails may still be sent.
Your choices
Contact support to request access, correction, export, or deletion of your account data.
